GymBroBot

Privacy Policy.

What we store, what we never store, and how to get it deleted. Your questions and your labs are yours — this page is the specifics behind that promise.

What we store

We store what the service needs to work: your account details (email, name, and a password hash if you signed up with a password), your conversations with the coach, daily usage counts for the free cap, and — if you upgrade to Pro — a Stripe customer id and subscription status.

We never store card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe directly, and Stripe's handling of them is governed by its own privacy documentation.

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name — nothing else. We don't request access to your contacts, calendar, files, or anything beyond basic profile information, and we never see your Google password.

How we use it

Your data is used to run the service: answering your questions with your conversation history as context, enforcing the daily cap, processing billing, and responding when you email us. That's the list.

We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.

Ads on the free tier

The free tier is ad-supported. Any ads served at launch are non-personalized: they are not targeted using your conversations, and no conversation data is shared with advertisers. If that ever changes, this policy changes first — visibly.

Deletion

Want out? Email yursil@gmail.com from your account email and we'll delete your account and conversation history. Billing records tied to past payments are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Where your data lives

GymBroBot runs on servers in the United States. If you use the service from elsewhere, your data is processed and stored in the US.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so on the site before it takes effect. Privacy questions go to yursil@gmail.com.
