Terms of Service.

GymBroBot is an AI coach that provides educational information about supplements, peptides, training, and bloodwork. Answers are generated by an AI model working from your questions and conversation history. They are educational information, not medical advice — the Disclaimer covers what that means in practice, and it is part of these terms.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 to use GymBroBot. Keep your credentials to yourself, give us accurate account information, and keep it current. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Use the service to learn. Don't use it to break the law or the service itself: no probing, disrupting, or overloading the platform, no bypassing access controls or usage limits (including the free daily cap), no scraping or bulk-collecting responses, and no reselling or republishing the coach's output as a service of your own.

Don't present GymBroBot's output to others as medical advice. It isn't, and passing it off that way puts people at risk. We may rate-limit, suspend, or restrict accounts to protect the service and the people using it.

Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe — GymBroBot never stores your card number. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal, reachable from your account page. When you cancel, Pro stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, then your account drops back to Free. No forms, no phone calls, no retention offers.

If we change the price of Pro, we'll tell you before it affects you, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

The service is provided as-is and as-available, to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated answers can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. We disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including decisions you make based on its output.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You can close your account anytime by emailing yursil@gmail.com. Sections that by their nature should survive — like the warranty disclaimer — survive termination.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Questions go to yursil@gmail.com.
